Sales Manager

Following the launch of our first Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) solution we are looking for an experienced entrepreneurial and passionate new business Sales Managers to help us scale up in the ADAS market.
This is a very exciting market as autonomous vehicles and aftermarket dashcams manufactures look to deliver enhanced road safety features such as Forward Collision Warning, Pedestrian Detection systems and Incident Reconstruction. This market represents a significant growth opportunity and as such this role will report directly to our CEO.
What you will be doing :
- Working with our current ICP and refining this more tightly for the ADAS market
- Pipeline development prospecting and lead generation
- Working with the product team to refine and define features required by your prospects
- Be the company evangelist and ADAS market expert, attending events to nurture and grow business relationships and create new sales opportunities
- Develop go to market plans that drive repeatable growth
- Continuously research and identify new trends in the ADAS market so we are ahead of the curve from a sales proposition
- Working with our current ICP and refining this more tightly for the ADAS market
We are looking for someone who has
- 7-10 +/- years of relevant sales experience
- Experience working in the ADAS industry is a must
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills and the ability to build business plans and co-design solution with customers and partners
- Proficient usage of CRM tools like salesforce and Hubspot
- Experience of SaaS model, embedded software, SDK’s, API based solution
- Strong relationship building skills and emotional intelligence to build rapport and trust to work effectively with different types of people at all levels
- Proven track record of delivering revenue in early-stage company
- Self-starting business skills with confidence in reaching high in global accounts (Electronic giants, FTSE 1000, OEMs or Tier 1, ODM, hyper scalers, semiconductor manufacturers, large software vendors)
The role will involve large responsibility and autonomy within the company, and require the ability to work both independently as well as part of a creative core team of designers, data scientists, and engineers. Your work will impact how autonomous systems will interact with people - a field whose relevance is rapidly expanding, and from which you can expect a fast-moving adventure!
